Mahjong and Football -麻將和美式足球

A fairly relaxing weekend. On Saturday morning, I met up with my girlfriends in my friend's house in Newport Beach. We had lunch in her house. We went to Huntington Beach Pier after lunch. A group of chatty Asian women with a baby stroller must be a sight to be seen. The weather was surprisingly cold. It was cloudy and foggy and windy. We could see a lot of cute guys and girls in swimsuit. Yum-O! After we walked around the shopping center, we went back to my friend's house, and yes, we played mahjong. Mahjong held some mysterious addictive power over my girlfriends. Not me though. I like mahjong but not as addictive as my friends. I only played four rounds and then gave my seat to another friend. I was playing with my friend's baby all afternoon and evening. The baby was so adorable. Her tiny hand clutched my thumb tightly. It felt so, I don't know, weird, in a good way. I even helped the mom breast feeding, though I honestly didn't know what to do and merely fetched stuff for my friend. It was very touching to see the baby suckled on my friend's breasts. We stayed at my friend's house until late night.

Sunday was quite relaxing. Stayed home alone all day. Most of the time I watching football on TV. I like American football. One of my boyfriends in college taught me the rules of the game. It was fun and kind of cerebral for me. Although I don't understand the detail of varies type of formation, but I like to see how defend and offense trying to outwit each other. I don't have any favorite team, although I used to like 49ers a lot because Steve Young was cute. LOL

這個週末還滿輕鬆的。禮拜六早上﹐和姐妹們在其中一個姐妹在Newport Beach的家會面。我們就在她家吃飯。飯後去Huntington Beach的碼頭。我們這群嘰嘰喳喳吵鬧又推著一台嬰兒車的亞裔娘子軍一定很壯觀。天氣意外的很冷。烏雲密佈又有霧氣﹐海風又大。還好我們女孩子車上都有放外套。從碼頭上可以看到沙灘上有許多穿著養眼泳衣的俊男美女﹐大飽眼福。在我們逛玩當地的購物中心後﹐我們回去朋友家打麻將。麻將有種神秘讓人上癮的力量迷著我的姐妹們。我還好。我喜歡玩﹐可是還沒有姐妹們那麼上癮。我打完四圈後就讓位給朋友。我整個下午和傍晚都在跟朋友的小娃娃玩。小寶貝真是可愛極了。她的小手緊緊的握住我的手指﹐不知道怎麼形容這種感覺﹐很奇妙的感覺。我甚至還在我朋友餵母乳時幫忙﹐其實我什麼也不懂﹐只是在旁邊幫忙拿東西而已。看小寶寶吸允媽媽的乳頭很感動。我們一直待到十一﹑二點才回去。

禮拜天就很輕鬆﹐整天待在家裡。大部份時間都在看美式足球。我喜歡看美式足球。我在大學的一個男友教我規則。美式足球對我來說很有趣又很要動腦。雖然我不太清楚每個陣勢的細節﹐不過我喜歡看攻擊和防守雙方試著智勝對方。我沒有特別喜歡的球隊﹐不過我以前很喜歡49ers﹐因為Steve Young超帥的﹐哈哈哈。
